Naso: una leggerissima affumicatura ci accoglie. Abbiamo poi note di frutta matura, mela in particolare, ma anche frutta rossa, fragola ed amarena. Vaniglia ed agrumi, soprattutto limone, ma sempre molto dolci. Si addolcisce dopo un po’ ma l’affumicatura rimane presente.
Gusto: imbocco caldo ed avvolgente, qui è veramente rotondo. Abbiamo delle spezie in misura minore, poi frutta gialla e rossa, una sensazione biscottata, al burro quasi, ed una leggera presenza di legno. Presente ancora una volta l’affumicatura. Cacao zuccherato.
Finale: medio, spezie, miele e cereali.
Commento: un blended onesto sui livelli di alcuni giapponesi assaggiati. Niente di eccezionale, sia chiaro, ma un prodotto da provare sicuramente. Grazie a Il Bevitore Raffinato per il sample!

Nose: very light smoke in the beginning. Then we have notes of ripe fruits, especially apples, but also red fruit, strawberry and black cherry. Vanilla and citrus, lemon, very sweet. It softens after a while but the smoke remains.
Mouth: mouth warm and enveloping, here it’s really rounded. We have soft spices, then yellow and red fruit, a biscuit feeling, almost butter, and a slight presence of wood. Again soft smoke. Sweetened cocoa.
Finish: medium, spices, honey and cereals.
Overall: an honest blended at the same level of some Japanese. Nothing fancy, but definitely a product to try.
